Please try again later.Tell them to go to any best buy and give your phone number and Best Buy will search under your account for the item and print the receipt, they may have to confirm your physical address as well as your email address. This will allow them to print a copy of the receipt for the repair. I always give a gift receipt so they can use the warranty freely.
