“Does the 1yr accidental plan include cracked.screens?”

• The "Geek Squad" accidental plan covers anything physical that happens to the phone, including damaged battery (for ex: damaged due by water), damaged screen, damaged entrance ports (charging / headphone jack ports), etc... Of course it is always good to call and inform yourself about any plan agreement on any product or service, but this I know for certain; All you have to do is pay a certain amount as a deductible to exercise your protection plan, although I am not certain if the deductible amount depends upon degree of damage.
