I have had to send in my laptop when this covid started so it you want to mail it in just call Geek Squad 800 number and they will send you a mailing label and you just send it to them or you can take it to the Best Buy store it is really up to you

create or sign in to your BEST BUY ACCOUNT. YA OU CAN MESSAGE THEM THERE. There you can also access their nearest location. It will also provide you a phone number for GEEK SQUAD. I'm sure they have that covered for you even by mail. Contact Best Buy for more info. Don't delay. If it's active "it's covered"
