Q: QuestionI’m confused as to why this is called a 10’ duct cover if it’s actually less than 3 feet tall. Are there supposed to be more pieces that add up to 10 feet?

• A:Answer Hi! Thanks for checking. This duct cover will not work with the model in question. However, we found model CVW93614MWM on our Café website and do see that a decorative duct cover is available to accommodate 8 to 10 ft. ceiling heights. The duct cover will expand from 12” minimum or 24” to 36” maximum height. This cover conceals the ductwork running from the top of the hood to the ceiling. It also fits both 30” and 36” wide models. You would order the duct cover accessory at the same time as the vent hood. All accessories should be on site at the time of hood installation. The duct cover part number is: JXCHSS.
