“I got my 8-year olds this model computer for Xmas mainly so they can play Minecraft Educational version and Roblox however I am unable to install these apps because this computer is not compatible with Google Apps- any ideas or do I need to exchange?”

In my opinion this PC is not a good PC for games it doesn't have enough memory to store games and it would not load correctly if it did this PC was not created for games. I would get different PC if you want for games I learned the hard way. It's a great PC just not for games.

Because this is a Chromebook, you can only download and run apps that are available in the Google Play store. And while Roblox is available, unfortunately, Microsoft Education Edition is not. You'll need to exchange this for a conventional Windows laptop to use both of those programs.
