“Yesterday, I started the laptop for first time just half hour, when I turn off the laptop I realizad that the "transformer" was so hot. I have another HP ENVY 360 DESKTOP-547K884 since 4 years ago. I never have this problem with the last one. Pls answer.”

You can reach out to HP support for troubleshooting if you believe it is not typical behavior. The only time my power supply ever gets very hot is if it is covered up by a blanket or similar.
