• No, there is only room for a single hdd. You could upgrade to a larger size or remove the optical drive and install a second hard drive in it's place using a caddy.

• There is room but the computer does not include the ribbon cables that would run from the motherboard to a sata drive. You would have to contact HP and order those parts.
