• There is a 32-bit version of Windows 10. If you are running Windows 7 or 8 and upgrade, then you should get the 32-bit Windows 10. However this comes with Windows 10 Home 64-bit, so you would need to do a clean install and wipe everything to re-install a 32-bit version.

• This laptop has 8 gb of ram in it 32 bit Windows will only support 4 gb of ram
