• Good question. When a computer comes preinstalled with Windows 10, you cannot downgrade the operating system to Windows 8 or 7. I hope this helps.

• I had a computer guy remove windows 10 and put windows 7 on my computer when I bought a new one that had windows 10 preinstalled
