I hope that hasn't happened to you, but they will fix it. Know in advance that ASUS customer service is a massive pain, and you will have to mail it in and be without it for weeks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not totally sure of the manufacturer warranty. We purchased the 3 year geek squad protection plan so an defects or accidents are covered. Just return the computer to best buy & they will either fix it or replace it.
