“What's the process to get a ps5 controller replacement that came with my ps5. It broke. Would i have to call and have one shipped. Go in and just get one? Would I have to return the broke controller in or just get a replacement?”

I called. They made me an appointment and told me to bring everthing into the store (console and all). Once I got there they told me they ordered me a replacement controller and sent me home with my old one. Still waiting on my replacement. Esrimsted time was u days.. It all could of been done over the phone or would have been nice to get it replaced in the store.
