“Why is the extra protection coverage started, when I have not received the yet? That's seems like it's cutting it short, when the coverage should start when I receive the product. Or the coverage should start when the return window has completed. Why?”

• The additional coverage from Geek Squad starts after the Manufactures warranty is over or when you purchase the item. If the item is a pre-order once you receive call Best Buy and let them know when you received it.
