“If I have Geek Squad 2- year warranty protection for my Microsoft controller and my Microsoft controller breaks in six months and I get it replaced, do I need to buy another 2 year warranty on the replacement?”

• Hey if you have the warranty it can be replaced but you can also take it in to see if it’s able to be repaired. The Geek Squad will access it and let you know.

• Yes, once the controller is replaced the warranty is completed. So you would need to purchace another 2yr warranty. Hope this helps.
