Yes my son broke his joy stick completely off. Within a week geek squad had it replaced & fixed working like new

We were unable to see that picture but as far as joycons go, we just replace them. To do this, you'll want to bring the joycons into your local Best Buy and they'll go through the process to get those replaced. I hope this clarifies the question. Thanks!
