“Do the 3yr accidental plan include, technical support? For example my computer would not come on right away, I thought it was something wrong with the hard ward; however it was just a matter of letting updates run and cleaning up some of my files.”

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out about this! Technically, the 3 Year Geek Squad Protection plan does not cover the support side of it. A few years ago, we split up our all-encompassing plan into two options (a support plan and hardware protection plans). We'd still be happy to look at the computer in a free appointment and can sometimes fix an issue within that. I hope this helps. If you have anymore questions, please let us know!
