“I bought a new Envy and had Geek Squad transfer all files from my old computer. When I got the new computer set up, the files with my documents and pictures were not transferred. I recycled my old computer at the store. Is it possible to get my files?”

They were contracted to do a job that they are qualified to do and did not do. This cost to you is irreplaceable. SUE!. WHY DID YOU NOT BACK UP ON THE CLOUD? DOESNT MATTER THEY WERE CONTRACTED.
