“I have set up my tablet with a windows password. When I try to log back on it says wrong password ( I am pretty sure I am entering the same one) will they help me to do a factory reset or obtain my password so that i can get back in the tablet ?”

• Yes they can help you recover your password I do believe without a factory reset
