I was informed upon purchase that it did and have read online that it did but have yet to actually SEE that it does. My appointment should be on record but it was the second one at store confirmed this morning at 1pm Wednesday July 15th. Making things even worse which oh wouldn’t think possible I can hear the geek squad employee making unnecessary comments about a consumer (me) that spent 3000 on laptop at this very same store only a couple of months ago. I had planned on purchasing most of my electronics among other products here but after the treatment I’ve received there is absolutely no way I will do that now and will recommend to anyone that will listen that they’d be wise not to do so either along with this story
