If within warranty bring to store and be prepared to have a 100.00, & another $500.00 hold charged to your account. No tracking or signature required for delivery, but you are charged if original phone is not returned in 15 days. Again with no tracking or signature required for delivery. It could end up anywhere and you will be charged extra fees.
