You make a purchase, add the 2 year Accidental coverage, if you break it do to an ACCIDENT or if it’s defective and leads to your item not functioning properly within 2 years of the purchase date, in my experience it has always been replaced no questions asked. You also have the option of adding the protection to the device that was just replaced.
