Not many places at all will repair earbuds too small and delicate that’s why they now offer warranties on earbuds because they don’t repair them anymore I’d check local Best Buy see what they say

With a 6 month warranty because if you fix it correctly the customer will be happy and return knowing you stand my your work . Next time he will be more prone to buy the warranty that he past on when he purchased the item that you fixed for him at 20%
