“My wife bought a pair of Galaxy buds Pro 2 earbuds. She lost the case to charge them. I know it's replaceable for cheap but if the warranty is on the headphones and they ever stopped working is the warranty still valid considering she has both earbuds?”

They should still be under warranty (assuming you mean the protection plan). If you were to return/exchange, though, make sure the new case with them, as that may end up being a factor if they accept it or not.
