• Call the manufacturer 1st always geek squad works as a last resort unless it’s the first 7-14 days then you can exchange or replace due to defective unit it happens and Best Buy is here to help us stay supporting them a great relationship if you be patient and respectful

• Before you go to a Best Buy location, make an appointment with the Geek Squad location you choose, at the 800 number. It'll save time, since appointment holders take priority over walk-in customers. A wi-fi connection fix may require a visit to your home (or business).

• Is there a physical location near your home? If so head over there since they will probably have a geek squad there.
