“I have this plan in October of 2022 as this is when I got the printer. Just in the last month the ink is going out fast. I just replaced the ink last Sunday the 26th of February and it is now telling me I need to replace it one week later. Help”

There are a lot of factors that could be causing this issue. You want to make sure you're using genuine cartridges as some printers will give error messages about the cartridges if they don't accept them. Pending your printer brand and model, some cartridges only have enough ink in them for 100-150 prints/copies. Where the ink sits inside the printer when they're not moving, look under them to see if there's an abundance of ink that may be leaking. Otherwise, if you believe that there is something wrong with the printer and it's not operating the way that the manufacturer intends, it's covered by this plan to have it replaced with a new one.
