• The printer is broken. I had to return mine and replaced it with the same model. So far so good, but it seems to be a problem with the firmware. Good luck,

• I had the same issue. You have to re-pair your device to the printer. You have to remove it as a printer and reset it with your internet and Bluetooth by using the app. And it should work and print again
