Sorry for the late answer you just take the device to Geek Squad inside Best Buy tell them what happened they will tell u right then if it can be fixed or replaced I wish you the Best let me know what happens

Please try again later.If you purchased the additional protection plan then you would contact the Geek Squad of Best Buy and they can help you with the rest of it they'll walk you through it but you have to either contact them or look online to see about your protection plan and contact them.
