• It’s super easy. If you bought the warranty, simply return the controller and they give you a new one. I’ve had to do it twice for controllers. My son is hard on them. I simply swap it out, and ALWAYS pay for the warranty again.

• Just bring in to the store with your receipt from the app but they will already have it on their end with your info. I took it back with the box and everything it came with. They swapped it out right away with a new one. Not refurbished.

• Just head to the store and tell them the phone number or name linked to the bestbuy acct . They will pull up the account and they will take care of you right there on the spot

• I have a controller that I order off Amazon and the headphone jack is working fine, but if I move it in the wrong way, one side would work and the other side won’t is it possible if I could take this controller in to see if if it can be fixed.
