However they have to order and ship one to you instead of doing a simple exchange even if it's available on the show floor. This was my experience this past weekend and I'm still waiting on my controller to be shipped. I hope at the very least it's a new one and not a refurbished replacement. I wish this was outlined when setting up an appointment with geek squad beforehand else I would've just bought a new controller so I wouldn't be left with no way to use the PS5 till the replacement controller arrives.
