My experience was on a Xbox one, was sent in for repair, then determined a replacement was the answer. With a less than 2 week turn around. I guess not bad for a $50 plan on a $186 repair into a replacement. But once the 2yr warranty expires that’s it, you can’t renew the warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No they use to replace now they send it off for two weeks it's a waste of money I just had my xbox go bad it's been close to two weeks I will not ever buy from here again
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do not buy this plan. It is a complete waste of money and a total cash grab. I broke my screen on my Switch and took it in. Told it has to be sent out for repair and if is unable to be repaired I will just get a new one. Two weeks later I get a call stating it was not repaired and I can just come and pick it up when I am ready. I ask about bringing packaging and accessories to exchange for a new one. She said it was physical damage and I am not covered by this. I ask to speak with a manager informing me that I do have the protection plan and is not sure why it was not repaired and returned. I asked about the new one and she informed me they need approval from geek squad about this and said it will have to be sent out again for this to happen. I told her I am not waiting another 2 weeks for a possible no on this as I am in Canada and this plans in 100 here. Total waste of my time and money. She said she would email and see what she can do. This has become more of a hassle than it needs to be. Save your money and buy your consoles and ESP from EB Games. You will get a replacement right away and will have no down time for "repair".
