The headphones aren't but with your protection plan, they may as well be. They're not gonna take the headphones apart to find out what happened, they'll just replace them

Absolutely NOT! I'm sure they can be used in the gym to workout, but thats as far as I would go.

Depends on your definition of waterproof. I have worked out with them and never any issues with sweat nor when i was out in the rain. These are not designed for use underwater though.

I'm not sure if they are completely waterproof but from experience, they are at least water resistant. One of mine fell into a sink full of water, I got it out after a few seconds and I haven't had any problems. I'm not sure what prolonged exposure to water would do. I did see that they are perfect for workouts so unless you are a super profuse sweater a little perspiration should be okay.

I’m I know they’re definitely a sweat resistant like dripping sweat I’ve never had an issue with I’m still work, just as good as when I first got them I don’t know about submersing them, but they definitely have gotten sprayed and soaked in sweat
