I purchased the same phone around the same time and haven't had a batter problem yet so I'm thinking maybe yours is not set up to conserve your battery. I'm thinking the Geek Squad should be able to cover on this but it's worth contacting them.

Please try again later.@Tommygunnz the manufacturer's warranty on my 2020 Motorola Moto G Power smartphone which I purchased new from @BestBuy.com on November 14, 2020 had already expired when problems with my 2020 Motorola Moto G Power smartphone's battery first developed earlier this year. Has anyone bought a Motorola phone directly from Motorola because lately I cannot speak to anyone at my local Best Buy store or the two other stores in my area. All of my calls to Best Buy since #COVID19 began in early 2020 have been routed to a national call center which is why I'm seriously considering buying this new Motorola phone directly from Motorola instead of Best Buy.
