Hi! Based off of my own personal experience with GeekSquad/Best Buy, you will have the option to 1.) get a replacement similar to what you originally purchased if the item was discontinued/unavailable OR 2.) they will order it for you if it is still available and they just don't have one in the store. OR 3.) ask if there's another store around your area who has it in stock. Good luck.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In our situation, we took our broken toaster oven one week before the 2 year warranty expired to BestBuy. The Geek Squad representative told us to pick something similar from the store because they didn't have the exact item in stock. We ended up paying like 25 dollars more for the item that we chose because it was more expensive than our original toaster oven( of course we could of chosen something cheaper). Geek Squad customer service was amazing and we left the store with a brand new toaster oven.
