• Called the store, did a curbside drop off. They shipped the new to the house.

• If the product has a REPLACEMENT plan, yes you take it to the store you will get the same product or an equivalent. You can also opt for store credit of the same amount of money you paid for it. There are other products that are not replaceable at the store e.g TVs, Computers and such. call the store before you make the drive there.
