To answer your question 1st of all I think this ? Is irrelevant as the stores are now open again but bestbuy com would be your answer to that question or 1-888-BESTBUY. THERE is always a solution to every issue I can even think up when it comes to Best Buy

Plus I believe Microsoft is aware of the issue as well They may have possible alternative solutions for you as well

If you have a Geeksquad service with a product you bought, I recommend calling in advance, but at the back of the store where they normally receive shipments, they are doing transactions there for those with warranty on items!
