Call your nearest Best Buy and ask for Geek Squad member. They'll give you the details necessary for your LG TV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you bought it 2 years ago you would have a year from the manufacturer and the then 2 years from best buy. Call them and check your status. I know I called about a TCL I bought 8 months prior and best buy said " call the manufacturer; they are responsible for the first year".
