My vacuum just died. Bought back on 1/9/19. I have a four year warranty. Sticker on back of Hoover Wind Tunnel 3 high performance pet bagless upright vacuum says do not return to store. I need this fixed now. Where do I go from here? null

I would call the store and ask.  I returned a rug steamer/shampooer directly to the store with absolutely no problems. It was covered by Geek Squad.

If you’ve purchased a Best Buy review then you take it back to them. I ignore that advice to not take it back to the store.

Yes you can definitely bring it back to the store if you bought the BB warranty. I just brought mines about two months ago and was able to get it resolved.
