- Answer I would call the Geek Squad and explain the situation to them I'm sure they will accommodate you or explain what needs to be done in your situation I recently had to take my television back to them because it no longer functioned It's was still covered under the extended warranty that I purchased The sent it out for repairs However it couldn't be repaired Soon they contacted me to come in and issued me a gift card store credit This enabled me to purchase another television Plus the process only took about a week Definitely satisfied

- Answer I have mine mounted on a floor mount that is behind my TV stand because it is in front of a window, but as long as you have a wall mount that is for an 85-100 inch tv and be sure to have it carefully installed it can be done.. it took like 4 people to mount the TV.

- Answer You're better off mounting it yourself or hire someone different than Geek Squad. Also they charge a very large amount for mounting. As far as the warranty service is the Best you never pay a penny unless you have to have the entire tv replaced then on the new tv you have to re purchase the warranty

- Answer Call Best Buy tell them you purchased the TV you have a warranty and they will walk you through it in less than three minutes of what to do within less than 24 hours you’ll have a brand new item of whatever you’re having an issue with covered under warranty delivered, set up and explained how to use very simple process. I was astonished at how fast and easy it was.
