Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought a Sony TV in 2017. I paid for the installation and paid for a 5 year extended warranty. The TV suddenly stopped working in May. (black screen, wouldn't turn on). Once it was determined by repairman that it was not repairable, the Geek Squad was really good about getting me a replacement. My receipt showed that I had paid for the installation so they did not charge me an installation fee for the new TV.
