Please try again later.If this is reference to the Geek Squad tech support product, I would recommend calling BB and asking them for help in doing so if this is a thing that is possible. I am sure it would entail the person contacting them for info on the product to secure, but you could still pay for the product after choosing the level of protection and assistance. It was one of the best things I could have done when my elderly father lived with me and insisted on getting on a computer, even though he had no clue what to do when things updated. We had to take his computer in to be "reprogrammed" once and restarted due to him changing the password, not writing it down, and then locking himself out. Worth the effort to call them and inquire from the source.
