Hi Shea. Thanks for reaching out about this and sorry for the slow response! For something like this, if you have Geek Squad Protection on that Sony sound bar, we can get you a replacement remote. If you don't, I'd still recommend connecting with your local Best Buy and we'll see what we can do to get you up and running, either with a replacement or fixing your current one.
