“1. For a window air conditioner do they give you a replacement so you're not sweltering while they fix it? 2. Are there any costs to the repair or replacement (deductibles, 50% of the parts, etc?)”

No you have to purchase a new unit and wait to be refunded which can take 6-8 weeks!

Please try again later.I bought a 2 year plan on a smart watch that I bought for my wife, near the end of the 2 years the watch started acting up so I took it to the store to see if they could fix it, they gave me credit for the full price that I originally paid so I could get a new one or purchase anything else I want from the store, which was very nice. So I think unless it's a simple fix they usually give you store credit for the full amount, that was my experience at least.
