Q: QuestionDoes TV ext. warranty cover software related issues? TV I'm looking at has Google TV and per reviews there is a decent portion of reviewers who complain about software glitches or constant software related issues.

Q: QuestionI purchased my 55" TV and had it delivered to my home address in MA but then moved it to my condo in NH to use. If I had a problem would the Greek Squad provide service in NH or would I have to move it back to my home address in MA?

• A:Answer Since the warranty is transferrable, it should be usable wherever the tv you bought it for is located as long as its in the US. The manufacturers warranty would be in effect for the first year, however.

• A:Answer If it was fixed, you still can use it unless they are giving you a new device then you have to buy a new warranty.

• A:Answer Any type of renters insurance or homeowners insurance should cover you for something like that. If it were a circuit board or electrical issue, you can get geek squad protection within a certain period of time after a purchase. Check with Best Buy to see if you are still eligible.
