If you break the screens glass your are out of luck......
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My surface was dropped and cracked the screan. Totally my fault. They were going to fix it but then found out it was recalled due to battery overheating. I think I would read your plan and speak to a manager. I found them to be very helpful.

I was lucky then they replaced my screen, but they have replaced my control panel, 2 motherboards and now 2 parts are being ordered and still won't ex hange it.
