A:AnswerA warranty is for a problem to be fixed. Not delivery and set up. You should have cleared this up at the time of purchase. Most TVs and large items should come with delivery and set up, at least to the satisfaction of the customer. Not just drop it at the door and leave.

A:AnswerIt is on the receipt. I have stopped by the store and they have printed duplicates in the past. I try to hold on to the originals, but, the thermal paper they print on does not age well.
