• I think we'll get the email for the download when it drops in mid-November. I was confused at first too, until I realized it hasn't been released yet lol

• customer service told me that i had to redeem the game before 07 November...for a game that came out on the 10th. I found this to be deceitful.

• I finally found the email. They misspelled Valhalla, it was spelled "Valhadda," try searching for that.
