“I am looking for a GE microwave that can use the built in kit I already have "JX827SS", and fit in the same space as my old GE monogram. The height of the opening in my cabinet is 13" height/ 24" wide/ 17" depth.”

Microwave trim kits are model specific and not interchangeable. The current model is Monogram 1.1 Cu. Ft. Countertop Microwave Oven ZEM115SJSS. This model is compatible with Trim Kit JX827SFSS (sold separately).
