• It appears you cannot. I'm in the middle of a trial right now and Google would not let me redeem this offer.

• No, you will not count as a "New subscriber" if you have already used the trial. The Google One trial is only available to new subscribers. If you have already used the trial, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan in order to continue using Google One. However, you may be eligible for a discount on a paid plan if you are a student, a family member, or a member of the military. You can check your eligibility on the Google One website.
