If your computer is already gone from the store I would get a lawyer and sue Best Buy. Your info is important to you and not replaceable. They were contracted to do a job that they are qualified to do and did not do. This cost to you is irreplaceable. SUE!.
WHY DID YOU NOT BACK UP ON THE CLOUD?

I had the same issue with them several times and they the people who work remotely are the WORST!  And the last one I had Geek Squad believes there was a breach in their staff.  They are terrifying.
