We bought whatever it was that came with the free Showtime 30-day trial on 11/19/2021. The e-mail for the trial showed up that day and it listed that we had until 03/01/2022 to redeem it. We waited until 02/28 as we also had several other things we were streaming.

Not too sure how long after they let you use it or if it expires, I had a free hbo max trial that I got when I purchased my Xbox back in November of 2020 and I just redeemed it and it worked. Hopefully this helps
