The Best Buy home consultant ordered the JX7230SLSS 30” trim kit to fit a different microwave, the PES7227SLSS, for me in January 2020. When their installers came and installed the trim kit on my new microwave, the door would NOT close correctly. Best Buy has not yet rectified this mistake, so my microwave sits with a big opening around it. I thought having the Best Buy representative measure the opening in my kitchen for a microwave and trim kit would result in the correct parts. NOT SO !
